Traditional iron loha lokhand kadhai cooking pan. Heavy iron kadhai with handles is suitable for making paneer, dal tadka, pakodas, vegetables and numerous other non-veg cuisines like chicken and mutton dishes. Solidly made does not allow chipping, breakage or food contamination like that from non-stick or aluminium pans. Traditional hand-made, pre- treated kadhai cooking pan without any chemical coating. Good for roasting, sauting, grilling, broiling, shallow frying in a small quantity of oil or deep-frying in plenty of oil. Easy to clean. How to use: wash well before use. Keep it dry after usage. After use, wash it well with warm soap, lemon, water or dish washing powder.
